You may cancel 7 days or more from your bike bar tour date, and receive a full refund. You may also choose to move your Pedals & Pints booking and deposit to a future date with notice of 7 days or more. You will forfeit 50% of your payment if you cancel your tour within 7 days of your scheduled date. No-shows will not receive a refund. 

By booking a Pedals & Pints bike bar tour in Boise, you expressly agree to the following terms:

1. Payment in FULL is required to book a reservation.

2. That you and all in your group have or will complete the Liability Waiver found on the Pedals & Pints website.

3. Alcohol is not allowed at this time. However, when is the last time you did something like this without a little pregame before hand? We can have you at your first stop in 10 minutes, and the party continues from there!

4. Minimum age to ride is 13 and you must be 5 ft. tall to ride.

5. That, as the booking individual for your bike bar group, you are personally responsible for the actions, behavior and any damage to Pedals & Pints property, as well as any public or private property. The Pedals & Pints experience should be enjoyed like any other pub, restaurant or transportation experience, with respect for your driver, the vehicle and the surrounding community. Should any of your chosen guests behave in such a way that is illegal, disrespectful or damaging in any way, your contact information will be shared with the local Police Department for review and follow up.
